·        Haematoxylin-Eosin staining solution (H&E) is mainly used for staining tissue sections and cell smears. The staining solution allows the morphological structure of tissue cells to be observed much clearer under a microscope

·        H&E staining is an essential staining agent in disciplines such as histology, biology, and cytology

·        The haematoxylin staining solution is purple red, while the eosin staining solution is orange red or jujube red, with no sediment but has a slight irritating odour

·        At room temperature, after tissue staining with H&E staining solution, the nucleus appears blue under a microscope, while the cytoplasm, stroma, and various fibres appear red to varying degrees. The red blue contrast is clear and distinct.
